I'd go for the next size up and spend a little more money. Maybe it's just the angle of the photo, but to me it looks too small for your bedroom. It looks like the kind of fixture that is more suitable to a hallway. I think a bigger light fixture would look much better. Or, how about a flush-mounted ceiling fan?Melaniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08659968511488397366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5869671739598945673.post-31934677482827691492012-01-11T14:57:31.842-05:002012-01-11T14:57:31.842-05:00Oh gosh, I suck at this kinda stuff. I think it looks pretty decent and I wouldn't feel like going through the hassle of taking it down, ordering something else, putting that one up, etc. But this is one of the qualities about myself I'm going to try and work on in 2012, so definitely don't listen to me:) The MBR is coming along so cutely:)Sarahhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05459211820940379244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5869671739598945673.post-35616601465658227502012-01-10T23:01:59.724-05:002012-01-10T23:01:59.724-05:00I like the look of the light and you can't bea...I like the look of the light and you can't beat $33(or free!). I actually have three in my home right now, a longer one over our table in the kitchen, a semi-flush in the work area of the kitchen and in our computer room. I do think that you get what you pay for. Sometimes what seems like a 'steal' is not worth it. I guess you will have to decide if you can live with the 75 wattage. Is it enough for what you need in the bedroom. It actually doesn't look cheap to me but I'll take your word for it. Wobbly doesn't matter as long as it isn't going to come crashing down, cause no one is touching it. As far as being dim, I'm sure you will have some end table lamps right? I like it but you're going to have to like it too cause you're going to see it everyday. I am lucky enough to have one just 20 minutes from my house. You will NOT be upset with the money you spend on their lights. They are TOP notch as far as quality goes.
