You are too funny. And that lino is the EXACT same stuff we had in our house when I was growing up. You know, in the 70s. It went well with our olive green dining room carpet. (I can mock, because I'm currently living with grody black self stick tiles on my kitchen floor.)

I'm new to your blog and I love it. I'll be eating a mint choc chip ice-cream in honor of you today (like I need an excuse). It's so refreshing that you own up to your kitchens state... I am also in the middle of a house renovation and so sometimes I want to share pictures with the world, but feel just too embarrassed to share all of my houses ugliness... especially when I see how beautiful some peoples houses are on here... I guess, it'll be like a before and after shot though... just that the after shot will be coming a lot later! Lx

You crack me up! You are about as cute as your new little button you just made. I want one too, I have no idea how. I think if you had a code for it others can put it on their blogs. But again, I have not idea how to do the code. I will have google to figure it all out. I love the little drawer with the plant. Have fun shopping.
